Resolution of Problems with Results Processing

Users of the website may have noticed that we have recently been experiencing problems with the results processing for some VTTA members. The website has not always correctly processed results transferred from the CTT website since the introduction of the CTT road bike changes last month. Around the same time our website had been changed to include details of age adjusted times (as well as or in place of standard plusses and minusses). Problems appeared in our Results section for some events, where a few members' performances did not show their age adjusted time and position. In addition these members were not seeing their standards page updated with improvements or their times included where appropriate in the season long competitions.

We believe these problems have now been fixed from an initial review of the members concerned. If you believe your information is not correct on the website for any rides you have done this year then please contact us at info@vtta.org.uk with the relevant details.
