RECORDS ALERT! More records fall, latest update

It has been a great few weeks for fast time trial performances, and veterans are leading the way in that regard.
Ian Greenstreet and Gwen Kinsey, both members of the VTTA’s London and Home Counties Group, set a new record over 15 miles on a tandem bike recently.
In the Cardiff 100 Miles RCC 15-mile event in South Wales, they posted a new provisional national record, with 51-year-old Kinsey and 61-year-old Greenstreet clocking 31-26 with a total age of 112.
The pair already hold the national record for a combined age of 111, set last year.
More recently, kudos went to Liz Ball (VTTA Scotland) who set a new national age record at 72 while on her way to victory in the VTTA National 50-Mile Championships, at the VTTA North Lancs and Lakes event.
With plenty of the season still to come, more records are sure to fall – maybe starting this weekend with the VTTA National 25-Mile Championships.
