Mhairi Laffoley wins the Joe Summerlin Trophy

Mhairi Laffoley, Scotland VTTA Chairperson, has won the CTT's Joe Summerlin Trophy, which is awarded to individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to cycling time trials. She has been making time trials happen in Fife for forty years as an organiser, timekeeper, course measurer and SVTTA official.
