Who won what in Scotland in 2025

Chris Smart is the winner of the SVTTA Best All Rounder, Three Distance and Short Distance competitions. He is also the fastest SVTTA BAR rider. Well done to him for consistently great riding! I hope he has room to store all the silverware. Liz Ball was runner up in the BAR and the Three Distance, which caps an outstanding season for her. Marc Anderson and Sean Quinn were the other two riders to complete the BAR. Margaret McMillan is the winner of the Ladies Short Distance competition.

We had 41 new Scotland age records this year (compared with 23 last year) and 14 National Records, the majority of which were set at Caird Park on the track day.

This year we have 33 standards medal winners and 18 plaque winners. Three or more performance improvements are needed to win a plaque. Achieving standards awards is more popular in Scotland than in any other VTTA group.
