Competitive Cycling for Life
The Midlands VTTA Points Series Returns for 2026!
Get ready—because the most inclusive, competitive, and motivating challenge in Midlands time trialling is back, and it’s bigger than ever.
Thanks to the continued generosity of Tim Wood at Echelon Cycles, along with match funding from the Midlands VTTA Committee, we once again have a £500 prize fund ready to reward the region’s top performers. Whether you’re chasing PBs, standards, or simply love the thrill of racing, this is your chance to shine.
- Every Ride Counts — And Every Rider Counts
If you’re a Midlands VTTA member and you ride any open event on a K course in 2026, you’re automatically in the competition.
Every distance. Every bike. Every rider.
Your performance—combined with the number of Midlands riders in the field—could put you right at the top of the leaderboard. The best-placed rider on Age Adjusted Time scores 60 points, second place 59, and so on.
And here’s where it gets exciting:
You also earn 1 bonus point for every K course event you ride.
With 22 events on the calendar, that’s up to 22 extra points guaranteed if you ride on top of your best six scoring rides.
Ride more. Score more. Climb the table.
- How to Qualify

I will post leaderboard updates throughout the season so you can track your progress and see who’s climbing, who’s closing in, and who’s pulling away.
All results are based on Age Adjusted Times (Standards), not actual finish times.
