Congratulations to Anthony Jones for setting National Age Records for OV51 at 100 miles, and OV52 at 12 hours.

To Rob Powell for achieving 440 miles in the RTTC 24 hour, and (at last!) surpassing the late CW Alexander’s records from 66 years ago.

To Bethan Ouseley for an amazing 0:55:09 in the inaugural event on R25/3 after its 5-year closure for road works (and on what was probably the nearest we’ll get to a Float Day), thereby beating Sue Shook’s 19 year old FV48 record on the same course by 0:00:42.

Commiserations to Hugh Davies for the loose shoe cleat that foiled his attempt (by 0:01:05) to best Dennis Milsom’s 0:59:13 National OV81 Record, set on the same course 16 years ago.
