Douglas Watson won the Scotland BAR (25/50/100), 3 Distance (10/25/50) and the Short Distance (10x2,25x2) competitions on Scottish courses and the 15, 25, 30, 50 and 100 mile Scotland championships. Many congratualtions to him for his outstanding performances this season. Jim Cusick won the 10 mile championship. We had 11 finishers in the BAR this year, up from 3 last year, 20 in the 3 Distance and 18 in the Short Distance. 39 age records were set, with 8 subsequently beaten during the year. There were 45 standards medal winners and 9 standards plaque winners.
