The Committee meets four times a year. Any VTTA member can attend the meeting and speak, but they cannot vote. There may be matters that the Commitee need to discuss in private and these items will be taken in private session. The meetings for 2009 will be held at Wolston & Brandon Village Hall on the following dates: 4 April 2009, 6 June 2009, 12 September 2009 and 5 December 2009.
