The winner was Trevor Mayne of Birdwell Wheelers and 2nd place went to Alan Jones of the Barnsley Road Club, Alan also won the Brian Beardsley trophy for the best on standard in a 12hours time trial, and the Sheffield Unity cup for the best on standard at 100 miles. Win Goodwin presented the prizes at the luncheon which was held at the Holiday Inn, Rotherham last Sunday the 23rd November, Cheers Alan.
